Registration Description

6-12th GRADE STUDENTS YOU DON'T WANT TO MISS YTH WKND! We will be at Woodlands Camp in Cleveland, GA. We will travel to camp on Friday January 9, 2026 and return on Sunday January 11, 2026. This is an opportunity for our students to retreat away from the noise of the world and to gather together to grow deeper in their discipleship to Jesus and in friendships with each other. Woodlands is an awesome camp with amazing cabins, basketball, game fields, an incredible worship center, giant swing, and more! Students will stay with their gender and age group in cabin rooms with multiple leaders in each room, and students will have their own bunks.

Registration Fee: $349 per student

  • September 22 - November 9
  • Minimum of $120 per student required upon registration. Full payment is due no later than November 9.

Refunds: $120 per student is nonrefundable. Payments exceeding $120 per student are refundable through November 9, 2025.

Family Discount: For families registering three or more students in your household. You must register all the students in your household at the same time. The Discount is applied on the Payment page. (First two students in your household will be the full fee. There is a $125-per-student discount for the third student and beyond).


Scholarships: Please note the last day to request a scholarship for YTH WKND was October 26, 2025. The Youth Scholarship Team will all requests that have been submitted and notify the Parent/Guardian by November 9, 2025. You can reach out to the youth team if you have any questions.
 
Transportation: Transportation from Auburn is provided by charter bus. Transportation from ACC Extended Locations (Lake Martin, Pursell Farms, Birmingham, Huntsville, Nashville) will be provided by personal vehicle and/or charter bus. More information to come.
